1. To Promote and uplift the trade, industry and commerce of the Kalyana Karnataka Region and thus assist in uplifting the overall economy of the region.

2. To represent and impress upon Governments infrastructure facilities and amenities to be created for proper development of Kalyana Karnataka Region.

3. To enlighten and enrich the Members with the latest development in the trade, industry and commerce and assist them in furtherance of their business.

4. To assist, advice, recommend and convenience the Governments- State and Central – in formulating laws and policies particularly relating to the trade, industry and commerce at the Kalyana Karnataka Region.

5. To sensitise the Governments- State and Central- about the impact of various Laws and Regulations relating to Trade and Commerce.

6. To tie-up with various likeminded institutions/organizations/Chambers/Universities etc, in the field of Trade, Commerce and Industry and other related activities, for promoting the Trade of Kalyana Karnataka Region.

7. To encourage the foreign trade and exports from the Kalyana Karnataka Region and provide all assistance and help in fostering the foreign trade.

8. To collect and disseminate statistical and other useful information as regards the economic and social activities of the region.

9. To work on the overall development of Kalyana Karnataka Region be it in the field of Livelihood, Standard of Living, Education, Infrastructure and civic amenities and human relations.
